Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute, and report on financial and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with IIA Standards and Internal Audit procedures.
- Define audit objectives, scope, methodology, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage periodic financial audits.
- Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports.
- Validate findings with process owners and communicate results effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial and operational audits.
- Experience in Economic Regulation, Talent Development, and HC Operations.
- Ability to plan and lead audit engagements independently.
- Strong understanding of IIA Standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
