Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
