Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
