    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the quality of finishing works, including Civil, MEP, Joinery, and Painting.
    • Audit shop drawings to meet specification requirements and avoid discrepancies.
    • Stop work and reject materials not in compliance with quality standards.
    • Ensure quality of workmanship and materials are not compromised.
    • Review snagging and de-snagging of finished buildings.
    • Set standards and method statements for quality workmanship.

    Requirements

    • Engineering degree in Construction, Civil, Architecture, or Trades.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a finishing manager.
    • Experience in high-end properties, luxury villas, or hotels/hospitality.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills.
    • Familiarity with construction-related software.
