Key Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct group fitness classes, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility workouts.
• Develop and implement personalized training programs based on individual member needs and goals.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety precautions.
• Monitor member progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized fitness area.
• Promote club programs and services to members.

Requirements

• Relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a fitness instructor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals.
• Knowledge of various fitness techniques and training methods.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
