Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the entire fleet operation, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in fleet management.
  • Oversee driver management, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
  • Utilize telemetry data and fleet management software to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, logistics, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
