Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the entire fleet operation, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in fleet management.
- Oversee driver management, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Utilize telemetry data and fleet management software to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
