Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, maintenance, and strategic planning of the company’s vehicle fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize fleet utilization and efficiency to support sales operations and overall business goals.
• Manage fleet budgets, including procurement, disposals, and operational costs.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and continuous operational improvement.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure favorable contracts for maintenance and supply.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management, ideally within the automotive or sales sector.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with local transportation laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and vendor interaction.
