    Our client, a global humanitarian organization, is seeking a Fleet Officer to support global fleet operations. You will coordinate fleet management services, maintain fleet data, ensure compliance, and deliver cost-effective fleet services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide fleet management and technical support to regional and global operations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of fleet data into the fleet management system.
    • Prepare fleet cost estimates, delivery orders, and complete invoicing documentation.
    • Support vehicle procurement processes, including technical reviews and supplier evaluations.
    • Assist in managing vehicle rental programs and maintaining proper documentation.
    • Provide guidance on fleet standards, vehicle specifications, and disposal processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or procurement.
    • Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and fleet or logistics management systems.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
    • Valid UAE driving license.
