Key Responsibilities
- Provide fleet management and technical support to regional and global operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of fleet data into the fleet management system.
- Prepare fleet cost estimates, delivery orders, and complete invoicing documentation.
- Support vehicle procurement processes, including technical reviews and supplier evaluations.
- Assist in managing vehicle rental programs and maintaining proper documentation.
- Provide guidance on fleet standards, vehicle specifications, and disposal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and fleet or logistics management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
- Valid UAE driving license.
