Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets
• Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and service excellence
• Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently
• Support management in achieving financial and service targets
• Assist with team training, development, and performance appraisals
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, fire, and security standards
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations
• Strong leadership, delegation, and supervisory skills
• Committed to high-quality customer service
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hotel industry
• Previous supervisory experience
