This business class hotel features 134 rooms, located just minutes from Phnom Penh International Airport. VM Hotel extends from the sixth to the ninth floors of the commercial, mixed-use development site known as CG Fortune Center. In addition to the hotel, the center also incorporates a shopping and lifestyle mall, commercial offices, and 154 units of an apartment block. The CG Fortune Center is destined to be a premium shopping precinct with numerous dining and lifestyle options to complement those within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Train, schedule, and motivate F&B team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste across F&B outlets.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to plan menus and promotions.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
