Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and support One&Only One Za’abeel Quality Standards.
- Provide a link between the bar, kitchen, and service areas, running food or beverage orders.
- Complete restaurant mis en place, such as stocking up bars and restaurants, setting tables, and following opening and closing checklists as per SOP.
- Work with the stewarding team to manage the restaurant clearance area and clean OS&E.
- Follow directions from the Waiter to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Maintain buffet areas, ensuring stations are clean, organized, and stocked.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar job role (restaurant/bar waiter or similar).
- Outgoing, confident, and possessing good communication skills with the right attitude.
- Flexible, a great team player, and able to work well under pressure.
- Dynamic, energetic, and creative with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Self-motivated and passionate about F&B.
- Punctual and able to work flexible working hours.
