Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across 27 outlets and clubs.
  • Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize revenue generation for F&B departments.
  • Collaborate with culinary and other departments to deliver cohesive guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a large-scale hotel or integrated resort.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and high-quality F&B offerings.
