Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Food & Beverage training strategy.
• Develop structured certification pathways for all F&B roles.
• Design engaging training content covering menu knowledge and beverage expertise.
• Lead daily training sessions and service simulations.
• Oversee the F&B training calendar and manage instructor assignments.
• Continuously improve training programs using service audits and innovative learning methods.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Adult Learning/Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury F&B operations or training leadership.
• Expert in Forbes 5 ‑ Star standards and luxury service protocols.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, coffee, tea, and mixology.
• Proficient with LMS, MS Office, and digital training tools.
