Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of food products and processing facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and international food safety standards and regulations.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations or non-conformities in food quality and safety.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, certifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to implement corrective actions and improve food safety practices.
- Stay updated on the latest food safety guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in food inspection, quality control, or food safety.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
- Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a diverse environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for reporting and communication.
