    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the founder.

    • Conduct research and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
    • Facilitate relocation processes for candidates and internal team members from India to Dubai.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
    • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, taking initiative as needed.
    • Experience or understanding of international relocation logistics is highly desirable.
