Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations within the fragrance and flavor production and supply chain.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Manage production planning, inventory control, and logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, quality assurance protocols, and safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and procurement to align operational activities with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the fragrance or flavor manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective operational strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
