  • Assist guests with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage room reservations and assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
