    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
    • Greet guests by name, if known, and escort them to their room.
    • Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist with guest inquiries.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services.
    • Process accounts from check-in to check-out accurately.
    • Maintain guest privacy and demonstrate understanding of hotel policies.

    Requirements

    • Degree in hospitality with previous experience in Front Office Department.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Computer literate with previous experience with Opera.
    • Customer-driven and proactive personality.
