Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional office environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the consultant’s calendars.
- Provide basic information about Bridge International’s services and academic programs.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing mail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
