Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
- Enroll new members and assist current members with their queries via telephone, email, and in-studio.
- Conduct facility tours for new members, providing information on concepts, class types, amenities, and cafe.
- Provide information on membership/package options, studio policies, promotions, and special events.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
- Generate feedback reports to address areas of improvement and enhance the overall studio experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
