    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and natural elegance during arrival and departure.
    • Act as a dedicated point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Handle guest requests and feedback with care, empathy, and timely follow-up.
    • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
    • Process reservations, walk-ins, and in-house extensions using Opera PMS.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
    • Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
    • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
