Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operate the front office switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth front office operations.
- Contribute to a positive and memorable guest experience at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
