Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night audit and front desk operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Oversee the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure smooth handover to the morning shift.
• Train and mentor night audit team members.
