Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Train, motivate, and manage front office team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain adherence to hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and improving service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a supervisory capacity within a hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric approach to service.
