Full Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop responsive and intuitive financial dashboards with React.js.
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and data integrity.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Work with third-party financial APIs (payment gateways, KYC, market data feeds).
• Implement security protocols including encryption, OAuth, and JWT.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure high development standards.
• Collaborate in an agile team with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Proven expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Experience in FinTech, banking, trading, or financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of security best practices (PCI DSS, GDPR, data encryption).
• Strong Git/version control experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
