Precision Recruitment International (PRI) is hiring an experienced General Manager to oversee operations for a premier hospitality property in Maseru, Lesotho. The role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven leadership in the tourism or hotel industry, particularly within Food & Beverage (F&B) management. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and lead a motivated team to achieve high service and revenue standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Lead and manage teams with emphasis on Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Foster a strong organizational culture through effective leadership, training, and motivation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Represent the hotel professionally in community and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in F&B Management or general hotel management roles.
- Relevant hospitality qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
- Previous experience in international or cross-cultural work environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, adaptable leader willing to reside onsite or away from family if required.
- High standards of professionalism and customer-service orientation.
