General Manager

Job Overview Precision Recruitment International (PRI) is hiring an experienced General Manager to oversee operations for a premier hospitality property in Maseru, Lesotho. The role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven leadership in the tourism or hotel industry, particularly within Food & Beverage (F&B) management. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and lead a motivated team to achieve high service and revenue standards. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Lead and manage teams with emphasis on Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction. Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service quality. Foster a strong organizational culture through effective leadership, training, and motivation. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Represent the hotel professionally in community and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

Proven track record in F&B Management or general hotel management roles. Relevant hospitality qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred). Previous experience in international or cross-cultural work environments is highly advantageous. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, adaptable leader willing to reside onsite or away from family if required. High standards of professionalism and customer-service orientation.
