Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in senior hospitality management, preferably as a General Manager in luxury resorts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L, and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse operational challenges.
  • Profound understanding of luxury resort operations, service excellence, and brand representation.
