Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Beach Club, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost control for the Beach Club.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a high-end beach club or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations, including F&B, guest services, and facilities management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Financial acumen and experience with budget management and revenue generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
