    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead overall strategy, operations, and profit growth for logistics activities across the UAE.
    • Develop and execute a 3–5-year regional logistics strategy, covering market entry, network optimization, and new business lines.
    • Oversee warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile operations to achieve cost efficiency and service excellence.
    • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regional trade, customs, and labour regulations.
    • Lead negotiations with key accounts and expand the regional customer base.
    • Build and develop a high performing, culturally aligned team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including 5+ years in regional or senior leadership roles.
    • Proven expertise in building and scaling logistics networks (warehousing, fleet, distribution).
    • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics and customs procedures.
    • Hands-on experience with TMS/WMS systems and logistics analytics tools.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions in complex, regulated environments.
