Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from advert to offer.
• Handle disciplinaries, investigations, and performance cases.
• Write and deliver simple, practical training sessions for staff.
• Submit payroll amendments accurately and verify overtime sheets.
• Maintain attendance logs daily and monitor lateness and absence.
• Support simple engagement activities and internal communication.

Requirements

• Excellent recruitment ability, screening, interviewing, and selecting confidently.
• Strong knowledge of HR procedures including disciplinaries and documentation.
• Clear written communication and high attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up habits with nothing left incomplete.
• Professional, calm, and organized demeanor.
• Ability to follow policies consistently and update documents in line with UAE labor law.
