Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from advert to offer.
- Handle disciplinaries, investigations, and performance cases.
- Write and deliver simple, practical training sessions for staff.
- Submit payroll amendments accurately and verify overtime sheets.
- Maintain attendance logs daily and monitor lateness and absence.
- Support simple engagement activities and internal communication.
Requirements
- Excellent recruitment ability, screening, interviewing, and selecting confidently.
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures including disciplinaries and documentation.
- Clear written communication and high attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up habits with nothing left incomplete.
- Professional, calm, and organized demeanor.
- Ability to follow policies consistently and update documents in line with UAE labor law.
