Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust commercial strategies to achieve business growth objectives across various sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio within the Argentine market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and service improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated HR solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar senior sales and business development role.
- Strong understanding of the HR and staffing industry, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive sales, manage client accounts, and achieve revenue goals.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly advantageous for this role.
