Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
  • Lead and manage DEI programs and initiatives across all Grundfos regions and business units.
  • Drive cultural transformation to foster a truly inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze DEI metrics and benchmarks to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a visible advocate and thought leader for DEI, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Extensive proven experience in developing and implementing successful global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies.
  • Deep expertise in DEI principles, best practices, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within a large, global, and matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor impact and drive data-informed DEI initiatives.
