Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive global procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with vendors, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive sustainable and ethical sourcing practices throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor global market trends, commodity prices, and risks to proactively adapt procurement plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in global procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within the food & beverage industry.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
