The ideal candidate will develop and implement global quality strategies, standards, and systems to drive continuous improvement, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of global quality management across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement global quality strategies, standards, and systems.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to embed quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, applicable product certifications, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Establish and monitor global quality KPIs, reporting performance, risks, and improvement actions to Top Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management, including multi-site/global operations.
- Proven experience leading ISO 9001-based Quality Management Systems and external audits.
- Strong background in supplier quality management, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, CAPA, and FMEA.
