Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve global office operations across multiple locations.
- Set global standards and SOPs, adapting to local compliance and culture.
- Lead vendor strategy and performance management.
- Implement a ROI-based budget framework for admin spend.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance/IT/Security to ensure appropriate controls.
- Lead and develop a global admin team.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Administration / Workplace / Facilities / Office Operations.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple vendors across locations.
- Strong commercial capability in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Operational excellence mindset with SOPs and risk controls.
- Confident stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments (fintech/tech/crypto/startup experience is a plus).
