    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and continuously improve global office operations across multiple locations.
    • Set global standards and SOPs, adapting to local compliance and culture.
    • Lead vendor strategy and performance management.
    • Implement a ROI-based budget framework for admin spend.
    • Partner with Legal/Compliance/IT/Security to ensure appropriate controls.
    • Lead and develop a global admin team.

    Requirements

    • 8–12+ years in Administration / Workplace / Facilities / Office Operations.
    • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple vendors across locations.
    • Strong commercial capability in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
    • Operational excellence mindset with SOPs and risk controls.
    • Confident stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfortable in fast-paced environments (fintech/tech/crypto/startup experience is a plus).
