Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of grant proposals, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure strict compliance with donor guidelines.
• Prepare comprehensive financial and narrative reports for donors and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant-related documentation.
• Facilitate internal coordination for timely and accurate report submissions.
• Support financial planning and analysis for various humanitarian projects.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage grants and develop clear reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced humanitarian environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a national of Ukraine, as per the job requirements.
