Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and creative graphic designs for various customizable wall and home decoration products.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure high-quality output for mass production in multiple factories.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align designs with brand guidelines and customer trends.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and product lines.
• Adapt existing designs and create new concepts to meet diverse customer specifications and market demands.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce or product customization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and an understanding of print production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
