Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials.
- Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, presentations, social media, and internal communications.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and other teams to visualize complex ideas effectively.
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and user experience of VÆRIDION’s brand identity.
- Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, adhering to deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally 5+ years in a relevant industry.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, appealing, and engaging visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
