    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials.
    • Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, presentations, social media, and internal communications.
    • Ensure strong brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and other teams to visualize complex ideas effectively.
    • Contribute to the overall aesthetic and user experience of VÆRIDION’s brand identity.
    • Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, adhering to deadlines.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally 5+ years in a relevant industry.
    • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative solutions.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
    • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, appealing, and engaging visuals.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
