    Key Responsibilities

    • Design compelling visual assets for web, mobile, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and development teams.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for all digital and print collateral.
    • Create engaging graphics for presentations, proposals, social media, and internal communications.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
    • Participate in design critiques and iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the tech or software development industry.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creative problem-solving.
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
