Key Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service, including gift wrapping and after-sales service.
• Greet customers promptly and politely, following customer service standards.
• Guide customers throughout the store and identify their specific needs.
• Operate as a cashier with accuracy in money handling.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays.
• Reduce the incidence of theft and shoplifting, alerting the manager of any concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Chocolate, Food Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in a similar customer service role.
• Adherence to grooming standards and high levels of attendance and punctuality.
