Key Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of Customer Service, including gift wrapping and after-sales service.
• Greet customers promptly and politely, adhering to customer service standards.
• Guide customers throughout the store and identify their specific needs.
• Operate as a cashier, ensuring accuracy in money handling and POS usage.
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and restock merchandise attractively.
• Reduce the incidence of theft and alert the manager of any suspicious activity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Chocolate, Food Retail, or the Food & Beverage industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
