Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Group and JV financial strategies aligned with the overall business vision.
- Oversee treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, funding, and cash flow across entities.
- Drive capital raising initiatives for new and ongoing projects.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Corporate Tax, VAT, and AML laws.
- Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation across the finance function.
- Lead and mentor finance heads and managers across subsidiaries and JVs.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Minimum 10 years in operational finance (FP&A, reporting, compliance).
- Minimum 5 years in project financing, treasury, and fundraising.
- Proven success managing multi-entity, JV, or holding company structures.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration – mandatory.
