Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.
- Lead capacity planning initiatives to ensure resource readiness and scalability for market demands.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategic GTM decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align GTM efforts.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of market entry and growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on GTM effectiveness and capacity utilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in GTM strategy development and capacity planning, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to drive consensus across teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
