    Job Overview

    Palma Holding is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to act as the pivotal leader ensuring the seamless, luxurious, and efficient first and last impression for all residents and guests of Serenia Living. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee the integrated operations of arrival, departure, and in-residence transportation services, including the Concierge, Doorman, Porter, and chauffeur teams, alongside Clubhouse and amenities operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the operational commander for all FOH touchpoints, ensuring seamless handoffs and communication between teams.
    • Supervise the scheduling, appearance, and service standards of the dedicated Rolls-Royce fleet and resident buggy drivers.
    • Directly supervise, schedule, and evaluate all FOH team members across different functions.
    • Provide direct supervision to the Amenities team to ensure the clubhouse, pools, beach lounge, spa, and other facilities operate to the highest standard.
    • Uphold and audit all Serenia Living brand standards for uniform, grooming, communication, and service delivery across all FOH teams.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma required; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
    • Minimum 3-4 years in luxury hotel/resort front office, bell/valet services, or residential FOH operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-point service operations and logistics.
    • Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and ensure clear communication.
    • Deep understanding of the expectations of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
