Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train guest service associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/out and guest inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to elevate guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott’s brand standards and service protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services or front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
