Key Responsibilities
- Create positive, memorable, and efficient guest interactions within the hotel lobby.
- Provide engaging, entertaining, and inspiring guest service, meeting or exceeding property standards.
- Proactively greet guests within the lobby environment, identifying needs and fulfilling appropriately.
- Monitor traffic flow and guest queues within the lobby, directing guests as appropriate to minimize wait times.
- Actively identify, acknowledge, and resolve guest concerns following service recovery protocols.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote premium rooms, suites, and amenities to guests.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Graduate or general education degree.
- 1-2 years in similar position in a five-star hotel.
- Experience in handling point of sale (POS) terminals.
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
- Initiative and commitment to achieve.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
