Key Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and direct Guests entering the lobby area.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests, ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed.
• Seek feedback from customers and promptly respond to Guest queries.
• Manage, record, and resolve Guest complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in Reception, Lobby area, and Executive Lounge.
• Communicate with the Executive Lounge Manager to reward regular Guests.
