Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily VIP arrivals, including room allocation and amenities.
• Register and process check-in/out for VIP guests efficiently and professionally.
• Handle walk-in counter reservations and process call-in reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain contact with hotel guests to address any problems efficiently and courteously.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments for VIP services.

Requirements

• University Degree in Hotel Management.
• Fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and requests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel rate codes, packages, and discounts.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and operational standards.
