Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for daily VIP arrivals, including room allocation and amenities.
- Register and process check-in/out for VIP guests efficiently and professionally.
- Handle walk-in counter reservations and process call-in reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain contact with hotel guests to address any problems efficiently and courteously.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments for VIP services.
Requirements
- University Degree in Hotel Management.
- Fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and requests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel rate codes, packages, and discounts.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and operational standards.
