Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to all guests following hotel standards and procedures.
- Assist the Inspired Meetings teams and other departments with guest relation needs.
- Welcome guests, escort them to rooms, outlets, or public areas.
- Manage guest complaints professionally and record them accurately.
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and report any guest comments or complaints.
Requirements
- Understanding of hotel standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Flexibility to work in different sub-sections of the Front Office Department.
- Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
- Ability to use equipment and PMS effectively.
