Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings.
• Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests.
• Act as the key point of contact for guest inquiries.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with hotel management software, such as Opera cloud, is desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
